An Explained Absence

Ok.

April was a bit of a disaster blogging/productivity wise.

Without going into too much detail, I had a bit of a rough month anxiety wise.  This meant I didn’t really achieve much, I spent a lot of time trying to relax in bed, my diet was a bit rubbish and my exercise habits were a bit slack.

But hey, it’s now May, I’m feeling a bit better, and it’s time to get back on track.
